**Job Description Summary**:

If yes, we are currently looking for a Scientific Recruiter to support the continued growth across STEMCELL Technologies’ scientific teams.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide full-cycle recruitment for scientific and technical roles including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offer of employment
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting, working relationships with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization
- Implement robust scientific recruitment strategies to support STEMCELL’s growth objectives
- Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system
- Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics
**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- PhD is strongly preferred with direct lab-based experience in relevant field, such as cell biology, immunology, biotechnology, biochemistry (a minimum of a BSc is required)
- Previous recruitment and/or sales experience preferred
