This position is located at our Winnipeg, Manitoba facility.This role is up to 18 Months Term at Boeing Canada Operations Ltd.As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of production reporting, including the collection, organization, analysis, and integration of data in alignment with our established management processes. Your expertise in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential in successfully delivering on Program commitments and priorities.In this role, you will manage various projects within our organization, working closely with project teams to ensure that initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet their intended objectives.If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business operations and project management, we invite you to bring your talents to Boeing and help us shape the future of aerospace.Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate across diverse teams to foster a professional, team-based approach in solving complex challenges, leveraging member strengths and open communication to develop innovative solutions.Coordinate and clarify the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long-range business goals and develop business case.Coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning and refine the business case. Meet with leadership to gain approval.Develop and integrate programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigation.Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.Collect, organize and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.Responsible for generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other stakeholders.Ensure follow-up action for issue resolution.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Winnipeg location.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)5+ years of experience in work statement and/or business analysis such as business case assessment, capacity analysis and rate analysisExperience in collecting data, preparing reports, presentations and performance metrics dashboards to communicate operational status, project progress, and financial performance to stakeholdersMust be legally able to work in CanadaIndividual must not pose a risk for safeguarding controlled goodsMust be eligible to handle US export-controlled dataPreferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)Experience with preparing and presenting data to senior leadershipKnowledge of business plan and policy developmentExperience executing strategies that support business needs and drive employee engagementPost secondary educationConflict of InterestSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Additional InformationThis requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada.
