ROLE OVERVIEW As a Sales Representative – Customs Brokerage & Freight Forwarding, you will lead new business development efforts across the Greater Vancouver Area, targeting companies that import and export goods across North America and globally. You will focus on building relationships with logistics managers, supply chain coordinators, and business owners, offering tailored freight forwarding and customs clearance solutions. This hybrid role is ideal for a self‑directed, experienced sales professional who understands cross‑border logistics and thrives in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment. Compensation includes a base salary of $70,000 to $90,000, with OTE between $100,000 and $120,000 in the first year. OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY Hybrid: 1 day/week in‑office (Vancouver, BC) Sales territory: Greater Vancouver Area EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 2‑10+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries 2 years experiences with customs brokerage and/or freight forwarding highly preferred Experience selling to small and mid‑sized businesses across varied sectors Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills Confident working independently and managing your own pipeline Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and basic quoting tools Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and accountable THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION Our client offers end‑to‑end logistics services including customs clearance, cross‑border freight forwarding, and compliance consulting. Their solutions streamline the import/export process for Canadian businesses, helping clients avoid costly delays and ensuring their goods move quickly and efficiently. With a deep understanding of evolving trade regulations, they act as trusted advisors in a high‑stakes, detail‑oriented space.
