This role is suited for a professional with proven communication and technical skills, with opportunities to travel and work from India. If you seek a career challenge, our growing team supporting diverse engagement teams globally may be the right fit.The CRC Senior Manager will support audit business units and the CRC Champions network D&A Center with monthly reporting and budget modeling to help manage CRC objectives and KPIs. A key role involves providing support and guidance to offshore and onshore teams to leverage the CRC D&A Center of Excellence effectively.What You Will DoOperationsOversee daily operations of the CRC D&A Center of Excellence with the CRC national management and CDST teams.Support audit engagement teams in leveraging the CRC D&A Center during audits.Assist in overseeing the Quality (QMCI) team in India, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions for high-quality audit deliverables.Create training materials, newsletters, and guidance documents for the internal CRC portal.Utilize firm processes and programs to support the business.Data & AnalyticsIdentify new services, tools, and offerings to enhance audit team experiences with CRC.Conduct annual budgeting, forecasting, and FTE modeling using data analytics tools.Contribute to business development through opportunity identification and proposal support.Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure licensing and security access compliance.Review and approve access requests for software and technology tools like Visio Pro, Alteryx, PowerBI, etc.OtherMentor and manage junior team members’ performance.Willingness to travel internationally and obtain necessary visas for India.Support policy creation, interpretation, and application during employment.Work flexible hours to coordinate with offshore teams.What You Bring To The RoleCanadian CPA or equivalent.8+ years in public practice accounting, with 5+ in management.Senior manager or similar, with at least 2 years at KPMG Canada.Minimum 5 years of auditing and team management experience.Degree in computer science, database management, or related fields.Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc., is an asset.Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Python, R, Alteryx, PowerApps, Power Automate.Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Fluent in English; bilingual in French is an asset.Experience with KBS Audit Foundations courses is an asset.Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.Comfortable in virtual and in-person environments.Proficient in MS Office and Adobe products.This position requires fluency in English for communication and documentation purposes. The successful candidate will support employees across Canada and create guidance in English.CompensationThe salary range is $86,000 to $150,000, potentially with bonuses, based on location, skills, and qualifications.
