Responsibilities In this role, you will coordinate internal and external customer service including order entry, expedite, RMAs and other after‑sales requests. Each day you will ensure complete case ownership by working with relevant functions to provide appropriate solutions and increase customer satisfaction. Work as a liaison between the customer, sales, product management, logistics, and other corporate personnel. Provide appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate with related teams to ensure complete handling of requests, including order changes, completion, expediting, credit management, tracking and communication, account block and suspension, etc. Manage a load of Accounts, serving as the primary customer contact for distributors, OEMs, or channel partners for the duration of each order or small project. Resolve specific issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate. Identify necessary processes to solve any inquiries received from customers. Demonstrate ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and act accordingly. Understand Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, apply concepts, report, and manage risks. Ensure adherence to team collaboration objectives to maximize results for ABB. Lead your own development journey by seeking knowledge and learning opportunities within the team. Manage relationships with stakeholders in your area of responsibility and ensure alignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficient in using SFDC, SAP, and other relevant software tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in French is mandatory; proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively. Available to travel up to 10% of the time.
