You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify impactful AI use cases and drive adoption of automation, machine learning, and natural language tools that improve operations and service delivery. This role combines deep technical expertise with visionary leadership in the evolution of IT.What You’ll Work OnIdentify, scope, and lead AI initiatives that improve IT operations, automation, and user supportDesign and implement automation to streamline IT processes and enhance scalability and securityBuild and maintain API integrations and scripting solutions to optimize SaaS platformsCollaborate with engineering, product, and operations to develop and deploy AI tools and use casesManage the full lifecycle of AI solutions—from prototyping and testing to deployment and monitoringIntroduce automation to reduce friction in internal IT workflows and cross-functional operationsDrive maturity of ITIL-aligned processes through tooling, documentation, and collaborationLead “build vs. buy” decisions for AI and integration tools, aligning with business and technical goalsCore RequirementsWhat you’ll bring to Circle:Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI tools, including machine learning or NLP modelsFamiliarity with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or cloud-based AI services)7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, SaaS administration, or IT operations4+ years in a customer support or service delivery environmentExpertise with Okta as an identity provider and IAM platformDeep understanding of SSO, authentication flows, and IT security best practicesPreferred RequirementsExperience leading cross-functional AI or automation initiatives in enterprise environmentsProficiency with scripting, API integrations, and cloud-native infrastructureFamiliarity with ITIL frameworks and experience driving IT process maturityCircle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.
