Staff Software Engineer — Cloud Platform and Networking

We're seeking an experienced
Staff Software Engineer
to help build and enhance the
core cloud foundation
that supports a wide range of modern applications. In this key technical role, you'll design and implement
cloud networking solutions
and collaborate with top engineering talent to deliver scalable, reliable systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud services and platform features
  • Build and enhance components to ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Drive architectural improvements and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, infrastructure, and operations
  • Stay current with emerging trends in Cloud Platforms, Networking, and Distributed Systems
  • Take ownership of critical backend components and ensure their long-term health and scalability

What You'll Bring

  • 12+ years
    of hands-on software development experience, with deep expertise in
    Golang
    or a similar systems programming language
  • Proven experience with major
    cloud platforms
    such as
    AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong understanding of
    cloud networking concepts
    , particularly
    DNS, DHCP, or IPAM
  • Experience in
    system architecture design
    and applying modern
    design patterns
  • Solid knowledge of
    API design and development
    , including
    RESTful principles
  • Proficiency with
    concurrency models
    (e.g., Goroutines, channels) and
    distributed systems
  • Experience developing
    microservices
    using
    Docker
    and
    Kubernetes
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex network or infrastructure issues
  • Excellent
    communication and collaboration
    skills to work effectively across teams
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
