Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Central Glass and Mirror Ltd., a leading glass and mirror company, specializes in supplying and installing shower enclosures, mirrors, partitions, sliders, offices, for high-rise condos, sub-divisions, commercial properties, and high-end custom homes. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing materials and hardware for our team of installers
- Organizing materials and hardware in an efficient manner
- Receiving material from suppliers and managing returns from installers
- Ensuring accurate inventory control, including regular audits and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Coordinating shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient returns processing
- Adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating effectively with team members, suppliers, and management as needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control
- Knowledge of industry-specific materials and hardware is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
