Job LocationTORONTO GOJob DescriptionThe Senior Team Administrator - Sales role covers a wide range of administrative responsibilities for P&G’s Toronto Sales Office.

You will be responsible for assisting the sales team in execution of business strategies and driving growth for one of P&G's sales teams- the Cross Canada Team. Position ResponsibilitiesSupport Cross Canada team events, meetings, supporting the culture team, onboarding new hires, team budget management, vendor payment system management, and managing folders & accesses. Provide executive assistant support to the Cross-Canada Team Leader and Directors as needed - managing calendars, time, and travel to allow for leadership to spend more time on business building tasks. Support and assist in executing strategies in team/organization, including supporting simplification projects.

Grow into becoming the team’s sales finance system key-users, building expertise to support future needs. Build knowledge of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements. Helping to implement processes in line. Ownership of execution of two trade shows per year including working with external suppliers, staffing booths, acquiring samples, etc.

Job Qualifications3+ years of prior administrative/coordinator experience. Digital fluency within MS Office Suite, with ability to learn custom internal systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop effective relationships and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.

Initiative-taking and solution led mindset – identifies improvement opportunities and leads implementation. Excellent organization and prioritization skills. Ability to work onsite 2 days per week in Toronto based office.
