We are looking for a dedicated Paint Prep Technician (Prepper) to be an integral part of the daily operations at our You will be responsible for the proper preparation of auto vehicles prior to application of refinish coatings. You will operate paint machines and tools, and will use the specified paint mixes, primers and sealers in accordance with automotive engineering specifications, painting procedures and standards. The Paint Prep Technician may have an advanced skill set including light body repairs and paint refinishing (Paint Technician).Experience of working within the collision repair industryExcellent customer service skillsStrong knowledge of automotive/equipment preventative maintenance, refurbishment and repair practices and procedures Proficiency using body shop management systems; knowledge of Body Shop Connect preferredExcellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills Strong ability to multi-task Efficient communication and conflict resolution skillsAbility to take direction and perform well under pressureCompetitive annual base salary that reflects your skills, experience, job-related knowledge and relevant qualificationsMedical and dental benefits We offer exceptional career development opportunities We’ll support your professional development educationUniforms will be provided based on your role
