**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct repairs on various structures, including drywall, painting, and carpentry work.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand repair requirements.
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to prevent water damage and improve insulation.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Identify issues that require attention and propose effective solutions.
- Document completed work and report any additional repair needs to management.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in construction painting, carpentry, or as a maintenance person is preferred.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for understanding project specifications.
- Experience with drywall installation and repair techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong background in construction and carpentry
- Proficiency in drywall repair and painting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Previous experience as a handyman is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.10-$30.10 per hour
