In addition, you’ll be networking, establishing partnerships, giving presentations, and working trade shows, so it’s key that you’re a people person, professional, and technically inclined.ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed annual sales targets by building an annual sales plan and monthly gap‑closure plans through the year.Develop and execute a sales strategy for new business development.Represent Fuji Spray’s products with deep understanding of the product line and customer needs.Work within a structured sales process: hit weekly KPIs on new prospects, calls per week, strategic partner calls, and closing new business in all divisions.Utilize CRM software to track communication and measure progress.Set clear sales call cycles with existing and new prospects to ensure customer needs are met.Generate leads and build relationships with potential and existing distributors.Support new accounts to ensure strong relationships, consistent re‑orders and sales growth.Develop and implement territory expansion and action plans through market analysis and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.Attend trade shows and customer events, including making presentations and speaking engagements.Keep abreast of market changes, trends and competitors’ offerings and how they affect our customers and product environment.Perform other tasks as the business need dictates.Required Qualities3+ years of sales experience – Preferably in the Coatings, Paint Equipment, or Tool industry.Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Experience in new business development, lead generation, and cold calling.Experience with spray systems, paint applications and woodworking/automotive industries is an asset, including contacts in the paint spray or collision repair industries.Technical and analytical, with a strong desire to develop an intricate understanding of Fuji Spray’s products.Results‑driven with an innate desire to sell and a genuine aspiration to provide a great experience to customers.Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating, problem‑solving, presentation and organizational skills.Self‑starter who can work independently or as part of a team, taking initiative to go above and beyond while always seeking constant improvement.Ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively.Positive energy, resilience, quick learning, and a can‑do attitude.Commitment to honesty and integrity.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Proficiency with PipeDrive or other sales management software is an asset.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Fuji Spray by 2×. #J-18808-Ljbffr
