Job Title: Business Fleet CoordinatorLocation: Airdrie, AB (hybrid)Duration: 6 month contractYour New Company A leading company in the Canadian Gas Operations industry is looking to add a member to their team for a 6 month contract.Your new roleMaintain the database of fleet vehicles based in Alberta and southern British ColumbaWork closely with our Corporate team, other fleet coordinators across Canada and the new third-party fleet management company to establish, document, communicate and execute processes related to the transition to the new third-party fleet management companyGenerate/update Purchase Requisitions for operations expense - fuel & maintenanceProcess invoicesProvide driver support on fleet management processesProvide manager support on fleet management processes (e.g. vehicle reassignments, budget monitoring, process clarification)Processing of vehicles for disposalOnboarding new drivers & managers to the new fleet management processesEntering new vehicle orders into the fleet management systemRenewing and distributing safety fitness certification for Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMV)Fleet SME for support on systemic escalations & issuesWhat you'll need to succeed Intermediate to Advanced experience and proficiency with various business software applications (SAP, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Office Suite, Visio, Power BI)Undergraduate Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline with a minimum of 2+ years of related work experienceDemonstrates a positive and professional attitudeDemonstrates aptitude and willingness to be a change agentStrong written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical usersExcellent interpersonal skills - work collaboratively with functional, cross-functional and technical teams to build effective working relationshipsProven process thinker with strong analytical, process and problem resolution skillsDemonstrated experience leading/facilitating business problem discussionsDetail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skillsAssetsExperience in vehicle fleet management for a large organization with 300+ vehicles to manageCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification would be an assetProject Management Professional (PMP) or Change Management (Prosci) certification would be an assetExperience with SAP (Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Quality Management or Audit Management)What you get in returnA supportive work environment, allowing you to collaborate effectively with colleagues and achieve your personal goals.Professional Development: you’ll find ample opportunities to expand your knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.Inclusive Work Environment: The company values inclusivity, making it a great place to work.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, forward an up-to-date copy of your CV at ivana.draganjac@hays.com.
