Join our team where the sky’s the limit Start Date March 2026 Location Vancouver, 200 Granville St. Work Schedule 35 hours per week Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (only working five 8-hour shifts within that period)The work schedule will include all Saturdays for the first year.After 12 months, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to a 5-week rotation.During the first year, working on statutory holidays is required, and you’ll be compensated according to labor standards.During the training phase, you may be asked to come in up to 4 days a week.After the successful completion of training, we offer a hybrid work model that provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions. What you’ll do Play a key role in optimally protecting our customers' most valuable assets by advising them on appropriate insurance products, answering product questions and guiding them through the next steps.Analyze individual customer needs, promote and cross-sell personal insurance products and services.Accept and efficiently process payment method changes, ensuring customer accounts are updated accurately and in a timely manner.Handle telephone and electronic inquiries from existing customers in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly. What you bring At least one year of customer service experience required; previous call center experience is preferred.Previous experience in sales and customer loyalty is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers and colleagues, and the ability to understand and empathize with others.Tech-savvy abilities, with confidence navigating various systems.Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.You must be prepared to study for and pass the provincial insurance licensing exam with the support of our in-house training team.Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset.No Canadian work experience required, however must be eligible to work in Canada.
