- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with basic math skills
- Maintain phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about product promotions, features, and benefits to enhance selling opportunities.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- A proactive approach to learning about technology sales and product offerings.
- A demonstrated ability to engage customers effectively and drive sales through upselling techniques.
