Base pay range CA$80,000.00/yr - CA$100,000.00/yr Research-intensive cleantech company working on solutions that reduce global GHG emissions. The Role Own the full sales order cycle and end‑to‑end inventory management across a multi‑tier supply chain. Manage 1 Material Handler in a fast‑paced environment where precision and continuous improvement are critical. What You’ll Do Process and confirm orders directly with customers, manage fulfillment plans for in‑house and 3PL stock, maintain delivery documentation Execute end‑to‑end inventory control: cycle counts, physical counts with handheld scanners, audits across warehouses—targeting 100% Inventory Record Accuracy Handle special inventory (RMA, Quarantine, Engineering Hold, Lab Processing) and goods‑in‑transit across multiple partners Coordinate couriers, customs brokers, and logistics operations; manage import/export compliance Use Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP) to track items, manage movements, and support MRP processes Apply Lean principles and FIFO picking; monitor KPIs (On‑Time Delivery, IRA, Cycle Time) Build reports using Power Query, Pivot Tables, and advanced Excel to drive improvements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience 5+ years in order fulfillment, inventory control, or supply chain roles Strong ERP experience (D365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Hands‑on with handheld scanners, item tracking (Serial/Lot/Package numbers), and inventory movements Understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement Experience with couriers, customs brokers, and import/export protocols Nice to Have Electronics industry background (preference given) 3PL experience and inventory audit proficiency APICS certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CLTD) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt International shipping and Incoterms knowledge What We Offer Competitive salary + health benefits + RRSP matching Own a high‑impact operational function during critical growth Work with cutting‑edge technology in cleantech Drive measurable improvements in fulfillment, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Not a “keep the lights on” role, this is operational ownership in a growing company making environmental impact.
