As the Fulfillment Manager, you will lead our fulfillment team, utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance processes and set performance targets. Your role is crucial in taking our operations' efficiency, accuracy, and productivity to new heights

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the fulfillment team to achieve high performance and operational goals.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor and optimize inventory levels, order processing, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure effective use of WMS to track shipments, manage stock, and streamline workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and improve fulfillment processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to overcome operational challenges and enhance productivity.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment operations.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including account management, customer service, and sales, to ensure seamless fulfillment processes.
- Address and resolve issues in coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a team leader or manager in fulfillment or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

**What does Stallion Express do?**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
