This role is central to managing intraday workforce performance, optimizing scheduling, and delivering actionable insights through KPI analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Salesforce, AWS, Verint, and Power BI, along with a strong background in forecasting to drive operational excellence. You will develop models to assess the impact of different staffing and volume scenarios, helping the business make informed decisions quickly.
