What we are looking for: Experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home care or related health care Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills Comfortable meeting with clients and caregivers throughout Mississauga Demonstrated knowledge of the home care system in Ontario Demonstrated knowledge of business management What you will be doing: Identify and pursue business development opportunities Responsible for all day-to-day operations Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans Provides direction in formulating the programs and policies Oversee the Agency’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program #J-18808-Ljbffr
