**Part-time Personnel Manager for Rehab / Therapy Support Team**

JTK Care Services is a privately funded non-profit organization, with a small team of friendly, motivated, part-time tutors and therapy support workers, located in Mississauga. We have been operating for 15 years providing rehab and therapy support services for Jason, a man with brain injuries incurred in a 1999 pedestrian-automobile accident.

Jason is healthy, friendly and has a sense of humour. Jason’s long-term rehab and care Program is based on Neuroplasticity, the ability of the brain to form or reorganize neural connections in response to learning and repeated experience. The Program has eight modules. Jason continues to make a slow but rare and remarkable recovery, and now lives independently, with support, in his own condo.

We need a part-time Personnel Manager to manage the ongoing operations of the team. The main responsibilities are: (1) Coordinate the scheduling of team members (2) Approve their monthly Timesheets (3) Recruit and coach new team members as and when required. (4) Run our on-line Quickbooks Accounting and Payroll system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Part-time hours: 4-6 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L5L 5P4
