What we are looking for:
- Experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home care or related health care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting with clients and caregivers throughout Mississauga
- Demonstrated knowledge of the home care system in Ontario
- Demonstrated knowledge of business management
What you will be doing:
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Responsible for all day-to-day operations
- Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans
- Provides direction in formulating the programs and policies
- Oversee the Agency's Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
