de l’anglais et du français.Job Description:Develop and manage a high volume of prospecting activities to qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and other tools.Identify potential opportunities throughout the customer cycle (new business, upsell/cross-sell).Work closely with account executives and marketing to develop and implement prospecting strategies.Conduct qualification calls with potential buyers and schedule meetings for account executives.Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and clients using internal CRM systems, ensuring continuity and follow-through across the sales cycle.Prepare and tailor sales presentations and proposals to communicate the value of Graitec’s solutions effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Participate in planning sessions to refine sales approaches and adjust tactics based on market feedback and data.Stay up to date on industry developments and evolving customer needs to better position Graitec’s offerings in the market.Analyze competitor activity and contribute insights to refine our value proposition and go-to-market
