Role Overview We areseekingan experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist (COE – TD/OD & Total Rewards) to join our Human Resourcesteam. Thisrole is ideal for an HR professional with solid experience in Talent Development (TD), Organizational Development (OD), and Total Rewards (C&B) who enjoys designing, implementing, and improving scalable people programs within a fast-growing business environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline (required). 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with solid exposure to TD/OD program delivery and Total Rewards operations. At least 1 year oflocalHR experience,sound understanding of local C&B practices and employment standards. Hands-on experience supporting leadership development, career progression, or organizational design projects. Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, salary structure maintenance, and benefits coordination. Strong project management skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate,influence stakeholders. Data-driven mindset; comfortable using HR metrics and reports to support recommendations. Proficiencywith HRIS, LMS, and HR analytics tools. CPHR designation or candidate preferred; CCP/GRP certification considered an asset. Experience working in or supporting a COE framework is an advantag Qualifications Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of TD/OD initiatives, including leadership programs, performance enablement, and succession planning. Contribute to the execution and improvement of Total Rewards programs, including salary structure reviews, market benchmarking, and benefits coordination. Partner with business and HR leaders toidentifydevelopment needs and deliver practical solutions. Coordinate learning management activities, including course setup, participant tracking, and training data reporting. Collect and analyze program data, employee feedback, and engagement results to improve HR effectiveness. Support change management and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and goals. MaintainaccurateHR documentation and ensure compliance with BC employment regulations and internal policies. Assistwith the development of internal HR frameworks, toolkits, and guidelines to improve program consistency. Participate in cross-functional People & Culture projects asrequired.
