Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist (COE - TD/OD & Total Rewards) to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with solid experience in Talent Development (TD), Organizational Development (OD), and Total Rewards (C&B) who enjoys designing, implementing, and improving scalable people programs within a fast-growing business environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline (required).
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with solid exposure to TD/OD program delivery and Total Rewards operations.
  • At least 1 year of local HR experience, sound understanding of local C&B practices and employment standards.
  • Hands-on experience supporting leadership development, career progression, or organizational design projects.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, salary structure maintenance, and benefits coordination.
  • Strong project management skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable using HR metrics and reports to support recommendations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, LMS, and HR analytics tools.
  • CPHR designation or candidate preferred; CCP/GRP certification considered an asset.
  • Experience working in or supporting a COE framework is an advantag

Qualifications

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of TD/OD initiatives, including leadership programs, performance enablement, and succession planning.
  • Contribute to the execution and improvement of Total Rewards programs, including salary structure reviews, market benchmarking, and benefits coordination.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to identify development needs and deliver practical solutions.
  • Coordinate learning management activities, including course setup, participant tracking, and training data reporting.
  • Collect and analyze program data, employee feedback, and engagement results to improve HR effectiveness.
  • Support change management and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with BC employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist with the development of internal HR frameworks, toolkits, and guidelines to improve program consistency.
  • Participate in cross-functional People & Culture projects as required
