Base pay range CA$95,000.00/yr - CA$105,000.00/yr About Deciem Deciem, home to globally recognized brands such as The Ordinary and NIOD, is a rapidly growing beauty company undergoing major transformation following its acquisition by Estée Lauder Companies. his role supports both strategic initiatives and day-to-day financial excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Opex financial performance Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Develop and maintain financial models to meet reporting requirements for business units and the Estée Lauder parent company Conduct YOY and budget/forecast variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance Budgeting & Forecasting Support the annual budgeting process in partnership with department leaders to develop accurate and achievable budgets Monitor and track budget performance, identifying and addressing variances Assist in the preparation of budget presentations for senior management Maintain rolling forecasts for proactive financial visibility Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and incorporate data into forecasts Identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial outcomes Additional Responsibilities Act as the liaison between FP&A and Reporting to ensure alignment on financial deliverables Partner with operational teams to understand the financial implications of business activities Support ongoing FP&A initiatives and special projects Manage Financial Dimensions & Account Structures in D365 Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and support transformation-related work Continuously improve financial systems, reporting processes, and data accuracy Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst within FP&A Experience in CPG or retail industry preferred Highly collaborative, comfortable working cross-functionally in a global environment Education in Finance/Accounting (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) or equivalent experience is an asset Strong analytical thinker with a structured and logical approach to problem-solving Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance Industries: Research Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
