Administrative Manager Aramark Canada is seeking an Administrative Manager to support daily operations through a variety of administrative tasks, including inventory management, data entry, and customer service. The role requires a professional, courteous presence and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. Job Responsibilities: Distribute mail, order and stock supplies, answer phones, and greet visitors. Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, HR, filing, data entry, and record maintenance. Respond to customer and employee inquiries and direct calls when necessary. Schedule meetings and handle travel arrangements, expense reports, etc. Maintain office memos and informational postings. Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail, copy/scanners, PCs, and MS Office. Qualifications: Prior administrative experience preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. Capability to perform repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
