In this role, you will support the delivery of compilation, review, and audit engagements, prepare financial statements and tax filings, and act as a key contributor in serving a diverse portfolio of private‑sector clients. You will work closely with supportive Partners and Senior Managers across a variety of industries, gaining exposure to different leadership styles, client types, and technical challenges. How You’ll Make a Difference Lead key areas of client engagements — supporting planning, execution, and completion of compilation, review, and audit files, helping deliver accurate, timely, high‑quality work that clients trust. Prepare corporate, personal, and trust tax filings — ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for clients, contributing to a seamless year‑end experience. Support and coach junior staff — answering questions, reviewing work, and fostering a learning culture, helping develop the next generation of accountants on the team. Build strong client relationships — managing information requests, communicating clearly, and addressing questions, becoming a reliable point of contact and trusted resource.
