The Job

We are hiring an Account Executive to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll manage full cycle sales and account management for multiple verticals, including I/T, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, and Field Services. You'll have access to progressive and effective tools to market and sell our services to North America’s top employers.

Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated experience and success selling recruitment/human resources services to employers across Canada, and beyond
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate contracts, and participate in RFP/Q/I processes
  3. Customer service oriented with an eye for detail
  4. Positive, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
  5. Track record of success maintaining client relationships at all levels
  6. University Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology or other relevant discipline
  7. French language skills will be considered a strong asset
