If you’re ready for a long‑term career opportunity with a company that values innovation and growth, we’d love to hear from you Your Role as Property Maintenance Sales Manager As PMSM, you will play a key role in ensuring Paramount’s daily sales run smoothly, with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and retention. You’ll lead the sales department, provide strategic direction obtaining sales, and help shape the future of sales with Paramount landscaping in Southern Ontario. Key Responsibilities Daily Sales Oversight Manage maintenance sales division, ensuring crews are effectively following your site plans and jobs are executed as agreed upon with the customers at the time of the sale. Manage daily sales, including property site visits, face to face interaction with customers and quoting/closing deals among other things. Client & Quality Management Conduct site visits, address client inquiries and complaints, and ensure exceptional quality control across all projects. Develop and implement quality control protocols to maintain consistency and excellence across the maintenance division. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Strategic Collaboration Collaborate with the Operations Manager to lead the strategic process for sale improvements, identifying new opportunities and implementing innovative solutions that align with the company’s long‑term objectives. Work closely with the Operations Manager, fleet and equipment transitions, and seasonal planning. Provide actionable insights and data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership, supporting decision‑making and long‑term strategic initiatives. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and excels in juggling multiple properties at one time. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the landscaping maintenance industry. Proven track record in terms of sales, including customer relationships as well as continued retention. Strong organizational skills and the ability to quote multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Flexible availability, including early mornings and occasional weekends during peak seasons (e.g., snowstorms). Familiarity with snow plowing operations and winter services is a strong asset. Landscape construction experience: 10 years (required). Why Join Paramount Landscaping Inc.?
