In this role, you will act as a critical liaison between our organization and an offshore system integrator, ensuring successful project delivery through technical oversight and guidance. Candidates must currently reside within Canada and be available to work CT.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate architectural decisions and design documents provided by offshore teams.Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for scalability, security, and maintainability.Provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and mitigate risks early in the process.Facilitate collaborative design sessions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.Document review findings and track resolution progress.Validate implementation of algorithms, error handling, and data validation.Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.Assess delivered code for adherence to coding standards, readability, and efficiency.Promote best practices such as modularity, test coverage, and comprehensive documentation.Gather and analyze business requirements to develop secure, functional, and system design specifications.Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI).Proficiency in creating feature flags within Dynamics 365 (D365) and Azure environments.Experience with CI/CD automation in D365 and Azure using Azure Pipelines.Expertise in Dynamics data migration (KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory automation).Familiarity with Dynamics automated monitoring solutions (performance and error reporting).Proven ability to lead and mentor team members and perform code quality assurance.Experience establishing governance, standards, and best practices for Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, and Power Pages.Equity Statement At Compugen, we are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
