The Role and Purpose
We're thrilled to be recruiting a Senior Clinical Functional Programmer as part of Archus Canada's exciting growth journey
As an experienced Senior Clinical Functional Programmer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare design. This is your chance to lead the development of functional programs that connect physical spaces with the clinical activities and services they support.
Working closely with strategists, clinicians, and designers, you'll help bring client visions to life, creating efficient, future-ready healthcare environments that truly make a difference. As a senior leader, you'll act as a trusted advisor to executive teams and clients, setting the strategic direction for clinical functional programming across Canada.

About Archus
We are a healthcare consultancy providing strategic advice directly to government, health care providers and hospital groups. Founded in 2017, we have worked on over 1000 projects to date, supporting healthcare clients in the delivery of multi-million-pound healthcare projects across the UK, Canada and other locations internationally. The team is led by a highly experienced and capable senior leadership team who have worked together for many years.
We have experienced significant growth since inception with five offices in the UK, one in Ireland and one in Toronto, Canada. We're successfully targeting international growth via new territories while creating additional service offerings to meet the needs of the market and capitalise on global increases in healthcare spend. This role will have a salary commensurate with the level of experience and knowledge of the applicant. In addition, you will have access to the following:
