Business Analyst/Delivery Lead

Role ResponsibilitiesRole Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Perform analysis on business and technical requirements provided.Facilitate the session(s) to gather all requirements/create the user stories.Document confirmed requirements/work with Product Owner on User Stories.Provide clarifications and support to project team during design, development and testing phasesUnderstands Software Development Life Cycle and can effectively perform BA tasks for each of the project phases.Elicits requirements and analyzes feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.Supports various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements.Develops informative, coherent, and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.Applies depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive the expected business value.Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.Become SME and provide support during various phases of Testing and Post-Production validation.Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.Must-Have Skills10+ years of experience as a delivery lead in wealth management or finance systems (e.g. GL conversions)Ability to work with technology stakeholders (Solution Architects, Developers, QA) and business stakeholdersExperience with requirements gathering, analysis and data mapping activities.Comfortable using Microsoft Project for maintaining project schedules. Experience with managing monthly forecastingExperience in leading teams and ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget and high qualityExperience working with QA on root cause analysis, triaging and creating testing metrics.Experience working on large transformation programs and conversion projectsStrong SDLC experience in waterfall and agile methodologiesNice to Have SkillsPrevious Data Analyst/ #J-18808-Ljbffr
