Position Overview The Technical Product Manager will focus on managing and growing our ecosystem of 3rd party integrations, API/SDK offerings, and other technical products. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to work cross-functionally with development, partner organizations, and internal teams to deliver seamless integration solutions. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical problem-solver, passionate about improving and scaling technical products. Key Responsibilities Own the roadmap and strategy for 3rd party integrations, API/SDK development, and technical partnerships. Collaborate closely with engineering to scope and prioritize integration projects, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and product vision. Work with partners and customers to gather technical requirements for new integrations and enhancements to existing ones. Lead technical investigations into new potential integrations and emerging technologies that align with company objectives. Oversee the improvement and maintenance of current APIs and SDKs to ensure high performance, scalability, and developer satisfaction. Serve as the internal technical subject matter expert, supporting cross-functional teams in understanding the capabilities and limitations of integrations and APIs. Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders, partners, and customers to ensure clear communication of technical requirements and project updates. Provide support for integration issues and work with development teams to resolve complex technical challenges. Track and measure integration success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective messaging and positioning of technical products and integrations in external communications. Qualifications Proven experience in product management with a strong technical background (e.g., software development, API development, or integration management). Deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, and 3rd party integration frameworks. Experience working with technical teams to scope and deliver product features and integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and resolve complex technical challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
