Position Overview
The Technical Product Manager will focus on managing and growing our ecosystem of 3rd party integrations, API/SDK offerings, and other technical products. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to work cross-functionally with development, partner organizations, and internal teams to deliver seamless integration solutions. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical problem-solver, passionate about improving and scaling technical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and strategy for 3rd party integrations, API/SDK development, and technical partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to scope and prioritize integration projects, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and product vision.
  • Work with partners and customers to gather technical requirements for new integrations and enhancements to existing ones.
  • Lead technical investigations into new potential integrations and emerging technologies that align with company objectives.
  • Oversee the improvement and maintenance of current APIs and SDKs to ensure high performance, scalability, and developer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the internal technical subject matter expert, supporting cross-functional teams in understanding the capabilities and limitations of integrations and APIs.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders, partners, and customers to ensure clear communication of technical requirements and project updates.
  • Provide support for integration issues and work with development teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Track and measure integration success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective messaging and positioning of technical products and integrations in external communications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management with a strong technical background (e.g., software development, API development, or integration management).
  • Deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, and 3rd party integration frameworks.
  • Experience working with technical teams to scope and deliver product features and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SaaS products, integration platforms, and familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus.
