This role leads financial statement preparation, internal controls, and period‑end closings, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. A key driver of continuous improvement, the Accounting Manager will help build a unified reporting structure for IMT Precision, collaborate with corporate and divisional partners, and promote financial best practices.
