We are hiring an Account Manager to drive customer success and manage strategic relationships within the Healthcare sector. In this role, you will build long‑term partnerships, identify business opportunities, and deliver innovative building technology solutions that meet evolving customer needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing healthcare customers Lead account planning and understand customer needs to present relevant solutions Manage all sales activities through CRM and maintain accurate forecasting Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery Engage early in buying cycles to influence decisions and specifications Expand market share through consultative selling and strategic networking Facilitate contract renewals, negotiate terms, and close high‑value deals Qualifications Post‑secondary education in a technical field 3+ years’ experience in Building Technology, BAS, HVAC controls, Access Control, CCTV, or Fire Alarm solutions Valid G driver’s license Preferred Experience managing key accounts and selling building technology or SaaS‑based solutions Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and executive levels Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team and collaborative culture Exposure to innovative and future‑forward technology solutions Apply Now We are currently accepting applications for this role.
