Develop applications to automate manual operational tasks, build custom monitoring tools, and generate reports. Perform post‑deployment testing of new releases (quality assurance). Build and develop new features in production and in development environments. Help the team improve CI/CD practices and automate tasks. Communicate with stakeholders regarding application failures, document and track case study issues, and create remediation plans. Operate within a regulated environment, adhering to internal standards and ITIL processes. Participate in projects and transversal tasks of the service. Work shifts and on‑call rotations, including occasional weekend requirements. Technical Stack JAVA, SQL, Python, Selenium, PowerShell, GIT, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Unix/Linux. Skills & Qualifications At least 3 years in an Application Support / Production Support / DevOps Support position. University degree in computer science, DEC or equivalent technical qualifications. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, complex environment and under pressure. Good understanding of Agile and continuous delivery. Comfortable with Unix/Linux and Windows environments. Prior experience with Java programming and test‑driven environments. Experience in payments (SWIFT, Montran, ACH Plus, Fedwire, Chips) is a plus. Knowledge of IBM MQ Series, real‑time interface design, and capital market activities is a bonus. Fluency in English (oral and written); French may be an advantage.
