What will you do? Oversee CRM platforms and related tools, including move-ins, renewals, applications, ChatIQ, resident inquiries, work orders, and CRM app performance. Lead the implementation of new technology solutions that streamline operations and enhance the resident experience. Ensure system integrity, functionality, and alignment with business objectives. Work with FP&A on reporting and dashboards for key revenue KPIs, including occupancy forecasts, leasing and renewal goals, retention, application-to-collection metrics, and balanced scorecards. Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support revenue growth and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to automate and simplify workflows across leasing, renewals, and resident communications. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure systems effectively support both field operations and customer engagement. Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. Other duties as assigned. What will you need? Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Additional training or certification in CRM systems, project management, data analytics, or process improvement (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Lean Six Sigma, PMP) is considered an asset. 5+ years of experience in CRM management, business systems operations, revenue operations, or a related technical/analytical role. Demonstrated experience implementing or optimizing CRM platforms, preferably within a multi-site, customer-focused environment. Experience building and maintaining dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting to support operational and revenue goals. Proven track record in process automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Leasing, Finance, and Customer Experience. Experience working in property management, real estate, SaaS, or another high-volume, service-driven environment is an asset. What do we offer? We live and breathe our core values.
