WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Oversee CRM platforms and related tools, including move-ins, renewals, applications, ChatIQ, resident inquiries, work orders, and CRM app performance.
- Lead the implementation of new technology solutions that streamline operations and enhance the resident experience.
- Ensure system integrity, functionality, and alignment with business objectives.
- Work with FP&A on reporting and dashboards for key revenue KPIs, including occupancy forecasts, leasing and renewal goals, retention, application-to-collection metrics, and balanced scorecards.
- Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate and simplify workflows across leasing, renewals, and resident communications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure systems effectively support both field operations and customer engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Additional training or certification in CRM systems, project management, data analytics, or process improvement (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Lean Six Sigma, PMP) is considered an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management, business systems operations, revenue operations, or a related technical/analytical role.
- Demonstrated experience implementing or optimizing CRM platforms, preferably within a multi-site, customer-focused environment.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting to support operational and revenue goals.
- Proven track record in process automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Leasing, Finance, and Customer Experience.
- Experience working in property management, real estate, SaaS, or another high-volume, service-driven environment is an asset.
