CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist in Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $56.44 – $64.86 per visit. Use of a collaborative and interdisciplinary team‑based approach to care and services. Support a holistic and restorative approach to care (i.e. enhanced stroke pathway; cognitive communication supports, etc.). Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention. What You Will Need To Be Successful Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario. Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance. Focus on person and family‑centered care. Comfortable delivering care both in person and using virtual methods/technology. Passionate, empathetic, using good judgement and applying critical thinking when making client decisions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently. Flexible and able to apply critical thinking to a variety of situations. Value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home, where they want to be.
