TalkInc is a dynamic private practice offering speech and language services for children across Ontario. We are currently seeking a registered Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as an independent contractor, providing in-home assessment and/or therapy while supervising CDA/SLPA caseloads virtually.

Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist with TalkInc, you will:
- Provide in-person assessment and/or therapy, virtual consultations, and supervision of support personnel for a variety of communication disorders
- Design personalized treatment plans using SMART goals and best practice guidelines
- Offer client-centered care, track progress, and adjust treatment as needed
- Supervise CDAs (with supplemental pay) and support their professional growth
- Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with CASLPO regulations
What We're Looking For:
- A graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CASLPO registration in good standing
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
