They must therefore be well invested the first time, in order to avoid waste and to produce quality. However, the balance is sometimes thin: unnecessary "quality" can lead to waste. The developer must know how to make a difference. To do this, the business analyst: Understand the IT team's and the company's roadmap, as well as their strategic priorities, and balance them with user demands; Ensure compliance with the quality standard set up within the team; Establish trusting relationships with stakeholders, in order to take them into consideration and accelerate change management; Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and work methods; 2. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Gather business needs using different techniques, adapted to the context; Translate these needs into detailed and precise specifications for their development; Conceptualize and model applications at the front-end and back-end levels; Participate in the definition, coordination and execution of test scenarios; Involve the operations teams during user tests, in order to obtain their approval; Contribute to the implementation of processes and developments, through training and active operational support; Design procedures and work instructions; Master the company's business processes and identify waste; Participate in the analysis, documentation and mapping of business processes; Act as a business expert with stakeholders to guide decision-making; Analyze the costs, benefits, risks and impacts of a proposed change; 3. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to manage priorities and have a high degree of adaptability; Strong conceptualization skills; Overall vision and analytical mind; Be client-oriented and results-oriented; Excellent ability to lead meetings and mobilize; Excellent communication skills in French and English, spoken and written; BPMN 2.0 process mapping; In-depth knowledge of key ERP-related business cycles; Knowledge of agility; Personal profile Leader Organizational and efficient skills; Ability to communicate, influence and listen; Creativity; Autonomy; Sustained commitment and timeliness; Team spirit; Commitment to quality; Professional profile Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a field relevant to the job; 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or product manager; Knowledge of ERP (Epicor, an asset) and Jira, an asset; Certification in business analysis, product management or scrum master, an asset; Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset; #J-18808-Ljbffr
