The bilingual (English/French) Business Systems Analyst has a strong background in time and attendance, payroll and human resources systems, and understands the business processes from end to end.

**About Graymont**
**Summary/Purpose**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Support ADP Workforce Now and eTIME pay and accrual rule changes as a result of internal or external governance.
- Manage change requests with ADP service including documentation, testing, and go live readiness.
- Resolve time clock and connectivity issues.
- Support employee Masterfile related issues across various HR systems.
- Support system integration issues, review logs, and perform employee data audits to identify potential issues.
- Manage security permissions for HR and Payroll access.
- Support new carrier connections and maintenance of existing.
- Provide end user support to resolve issues and provide guidance and instruction.
- Make recommendations for process improvement with the use of technology.
- Coordinate with IS project teams and business functions as required.
- Maintain custom reporting for WorkforceNow.
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual both written and spoken (English/French)
- Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or technical training equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of ADP eTIME (UKG/Kronos) super user experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of ADP WorkforceNow, or similar HRIS system experience.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end payroll process.
- Exposure to JD Edwards or similar ERP system.
- Information systems architecture, design, development, testing, and implementation knowledge.
- Excellent communication, attention to details, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to travel occasionally to plants and offices located in Canada and internationally.
**Working Conditions**:
- This is a hybrid work environment with some time spent in-office located at Boucherville QC, Richmond BC, or Sandy UT. Will require visiting and short-term project work in a plant/manufacturing environment.
- Responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work to support end-users or in response to needs of the systems being supported.
