Senior Contracts Administrator – Ausenco Join us in Calgary for an exciting role in the North American mining industry. You will play a key role across project phases from Basic Engineering through Construction, gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of commodities. Ausenco is a global company with over 80 project locations worldwide. We deliver innovative, value‑add consulting studies, project delivery, asset operations, and maintenance solutions to the mining & metals, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. About The Role Support overall administration of subcontract packages, including review, negotiation, and finalization. Assist in the establishment and setup of project procurement and contract packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organizational standards. Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, client directives, and achievement of project objectives. Coordinate and expedite project procurement and contracts package market engagements and quotation requests. Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring all terms are favorable and aligned with project goals. Administer contracts promptly and efficiently on behalf of the client. Track and manage project package expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. About You Demonstrated contracts administration experience in an EPCM environment. Experience working with the client’s business procedures and documentation processes. Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. Relevant experience in procurement and contracts administration, showcasing a solid understanding of contract processes. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract management.
