We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic
Senior Contracts Administrator
to join our team in Calgary.

About The Role

  • Support the management of the overall administration of subcontract packages, including their review, negotiation, and finalization.
  • Provide assistance in the establishment and setup of project procurement and contract packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, client directives and the achievement of project objectives.
  • Coordinate and expedite project procurement and contracts package market engagements and quotation requests.
  • Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring all terms are favorable and aligned with project goals.
  • Administer contracts promptly and efficiently on behalf of our client.
  • Track and manage project package expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

About You

  • Demonstrated contracts administration experience in an EPCM environment.
  • Experience with working with the client's business procedures and documentation processes.
  • Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant experience in procurement and contracts administration, showcasing a solid understanding of contract processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interactions with team members and clients.
