Your expertise in product analytics will be key to ensuring we build products that users truly value, using data to inform every step of the development process. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough product discovery to understand user needs and define clear product requirements. Collaborate with designers and development teams to create and iterate on product prototypes and MVPs. Establish and implement robust product analytics frameworks to track key metrics and gather user feedback. Analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement. Lead agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews. Work with geology and data science SMEs to translate technical requirements into actionable product features. Partner with the content team to develop comprehensive training materials and documentation. Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product assumptions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of delivering successful software products. 3‑5 years of experience in product management. Expertise in product discovery, requirements definition, and product analytics. Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Experience with product analytics. Experience working with technical subject matter experts and acting as a translator with the rest of the organization. Experience working with data heavy products. Nice to have Experience working with geoscience or mining data is an asset. Experience working with Unity 3D rendering engine is an asset.
