We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management team in Chilliwack, BC. The Opportunity: Project Manager As a Project Manager, you’ll lead complex, long‑term build projects—from carbon steel fabrication to multi‑component marine systems. You’ll ensure successful execution by coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. Lead end‑to‑end project planning, scheduling, and execution. Manage timelines, budgets, change orders, and quality standards. Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and keep projects on track. Prepare and deliver project updates, forecasts, and risk management plans. Oversee subcontractors and ensure alignment with project objectives. Conduct progress meetings and maintain accurate project documentation. Identify long‑lead items, risk areas, and proactive mitigation strategies. Develop and execute strategies that drive cost, schedule, and quality performance. What You Bring 7+ years in manufacturing, including 3+ years managing complex projects. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, manufacturing, project management, or equivalent experience. Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Experience with manufacturing systems, workflow tools, and project scheduling. Strong understanding of fabrication, metals, machining, and production processes. Knowledge of cost control, change order management, and risk mitigation. Ability to visualize final products and drive projects to successful completion. Detail‑oriented, organized, and goal‑focused.
