Regional Operations Manager - Automotive Auction Join EBlock as a Regional Operations Manager focusing on the automotive auction sector. EBlock is part of the E INC family, dedicated to creating the best digital auction platform connecting buyers and sellers throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle. What You Will Do Manage and support the operational strategy and vision for the EBlock Atlantic Canada team, covering inspections, sales resolution, transportation, and logistics centers. Collaborate closely with the Director of Atlantic Canada Regional Sales and the Director of Operations to achieve regional goals. Develop and execute strategies to improve the customer experience across all operational pillars. Negotiate partnerships with external vendors to meet or exceed SLAs. Ensure adherence to EBlock operational policies and procedures. Measure and report KPIs for each operational pillar. Maintain budgets while ensuring accuracy and accountability. Align strategies with talent, processes, IT systems, and other functions to increase capability and success. Identify talent and training opportunities to grow the operations team. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field (preferred). 5+ years in an operational capacity, preferably within the automotive industry. 5+ years of management experience, preferably overseeing 10+ employees. Strong technical and computer skills (G‑Suite, CRM, etc.). Professional written and verbal communication skills. Detail‑oriented with analytical abilities for data‑driven recommendations. Excellent interpersonal skills, building trust and leveraging relationships. Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations to large groups. Comfort with performance management and collaboration with People & Culture. Ability to manage customer escalations calmly and professionally. Openness to giving and receiving honest feedback. Working Conditions Normal office environment with occasional exposure to loud noises and hazardous fluids during inspections. Travel may be required.
