Account Development Specialist The Account Development Specialist is the image, face, and voice of NAPA. As a key member of the Auto Parts Division, you build and maintain quality business relationships with existing and new customers by implementing national, regional and district‑level sales development initiatives and promoting NAPA auto parts and programs. The role helps keep NAPA abreast of customer behavior, competitive threats, and market trends. Responsibilities Call installers to sell NAPA auto parts and programs, collaborating with sales teams at the regional and corporate levels. Implement sales development plans and support district and regional strategies and objectives regarding deployment of marketing programs and promotions. Collaborate with the District Sales Manager and store managers to develop sales development plans for growing business with existing customers in your assigned territory. Gather market intelligence and report service or product issues to assigned store managers and district sales manager. Make pricing recommendations on accounts and assist in collections, ensuring accounts adhere to buying conditions. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Car parts industry experience is considered an asset. Valid driver’s license to travel to visit clients. Location: Elmsdale, Nova Scotia.
