The Reporting Analyst will support the Insights, Reporting, and Tooling function within the ETS COO organization. This role is integral in delivering timely and actionable business insights across financials, workforce planning, and project portfolio management. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role also involves supporting governance documentation, Jira board organization, and cross-functional collaboration with product owners.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and manage large data sets to generate business insights and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests.Calendarize and coordinate regular reporting cycles for Financial, Workforce, and Portfolio data streams.Work with product owners to gather requirements, define project scope, and maintain tasks using Jira and Jira Advanced Roadmaps.Maintain and organize day-to-day Kanban boards to track and visualize work progress.Support the documentation of governance processes, responsibilities, and artifacts.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet tight deadlines.Present findings and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in a clear and concise manner.Required QualificationsProven experience in reporting, data analysis, and managing large data sets.Hands-on experience with Jira, including advanced roadmap and Kanban board management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment and multitask effectively.Ability to synthesize and analyze complex information to support data-driven decision-making.Preferred Qualifications (if any)Experience using business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).Experience documenting governance workflows or compliance processes.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within a technology-focused or enterprise-level organization.Certifications (if any)Certifications in Jira Administration, Business Intelligence Tools, or Agile methodologies are a plus but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
